Turning 21

My reviews have reached a milestone.  They have turned 21.  With the publication of my thoughts on Daytripper, I reach a not-insignificant milestone here.  Kinda proud about this.  I'm working my way to 50 now...that's a long way to go, but what a great journey it will be. Daytripper was a tough book to review.  I didn't want to give too much away, because witnessing the story unfold is such an important discovery and I think it will mean many different things to many different people.  It's a vital work, one that operates on quite a few levels and plays with an awful lot of emotions.  It's an intense and wonderful piece of work.  My biggest troubles came in trying to put together an actual review since I couldn't simply say "Phenomenal" and expect that to pass muster.

You can check out all 21 of my reviews here, but be sure to check out what the other writers are doing over at Graphic Novel Reporter too!
